Hawks Cay Resort Brings a New Level of Arcade Entertainment with Sacoa
Sacoa Cashless System is bringing its cashless technology to the new arcade at Hawks Cay Resort, a 60-acre tropical destination in Duck Key, Florida Keys, offering families and guests a wide range of activities, dining, water experiences and entertainment.
The new arcade is powered by 22 Spark RFID readers, a K5 Kiosk, an RFID-enabled POS, the Redemption software, Mobile Redemption Solution – mRedemption- and RFID cards, creating a connected entertainment environment designed to make gameplay and redemption simple for guests while giving the resort an efficient way to manage its arcade operation.
For Hawks Cay Resort, the launch experience was just as important as the technology itself. Chelsea West, Recreation Manager at Hawks Cay Resort, highlighted Sacoa’s support throughout the project:
