1. ELIGIBILITY

The Sacoa Powerhouse Partners Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are registered attendees of the Amusement Expo 2026 (“Show”), who have reached the age of eighteen (18) or older in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry, and who submit an official Powerhouse Partners card (“Card”) in accordance with these Official Rules (each an “Entrant”). Employees, officers, and directors of SDCS LLC (“Sponsor”), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and the Partners (as defined in Section 3) (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), their immediate family members, and those living in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

2. TIMING

The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, and ends at 4:00:00 p.m. PDT on Thursday, March 19, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The designated computer clock of the Sponsor is the official time-keeping device in the Sweepstakes.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Cards are available at the Sponsor’s booth (booth #2015), located on the Show floor, during regular Show hours open to the public, while supplies last. Cards may also be available at select Partners booths, during regular Show hours open to the public, while supplies last.

For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “Partner” is defined as any of the following exhibitors located on the Show floor: Uplay America (booth #1901), Elaut (booth #1537), Art Attack (booth #2213), Grupo Dicrejart (booth #2206), Incredivend (booth #2508), Redemption Plus (booth #2027), candymachines.com (booth #2422), RePlay Magazine (booth #1567), FECFIN (booth #2021), and Roller (booth #2464).

An “Entry” is defined as each individual Partner validation box on the front of the Card that has been successfully validated with the correct Partner dedicated number. One (1) completed box constitutes one (1) Entry.

You may enter the Sweepstakes using the method below:

3.1. ONE CARD PER PERSON

Every Entrant may only submit ONE (1) Card. ANY ENTRANT WHO SUBMITS, OR ATTEMPTS TO SUBMIT, MORE THAN ONE (1) CARD WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL ENTRIES ASSOCIATED WITH THAT ENTRANT WILL BE DECLARED NULL AND VOID.

3.2. CARD INTEGRITY

Any Card that is mutilated, altered, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, or modified in any way other than the required Partner validation numbers and the Entrant’s contact information will be NULL AND VOID. Normal wear and tear will be accepted at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

3.3. PARTNER VALIDATION

To generate a valid Entry, you must physically visit the booth of the marked Partner during regular Show hours. A qualified employee of said Partner must fill in the corresponding box with the Partner’s dedicated number. If an incorrect number is entered, that specific box will be NULLIFIED and will not count as an Entry.

3.4. VALIDATION NUMBER SECRECY

Partner validation numbers are intended solely for attendees who physically visit the Partner’s booth. Any Entrant found sharing, posting, distributing, broadcasting, or otherwise leaking a Partner validation number (whether digitally, verbally, or physically) will be immediately disqualified. All entries associated with that Entrant will be declared null and void, and the Entrant will be banned from participating in future Sponsor sweepstakes.

Furthermore, if Sponsor determines, at its sole discretion, that a specific Partner validation number has been leaked or compromised, Sponsor reserves the right to nullify all entries associated with that specific Partner number for the entire Sweepstakes. This means the compromised box will not count as a valid Entry for any Entrant, even if an individual Entrant obtained the number legitimately. If multiple or all Partner numbers are compromised, Sponsor reserves the right to nullify all affected entries or cancel the Sweepstakes entirely.

3.5. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

In order to be entered into the drawing, Entrant must complete fully and accurately the bottom of the Card with their required contact information (full and legal first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, and company name). All information provided by Entrant on the Card, along with any mailing address(es) and any other data provided by Entrant to Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, is collectively referred to herein as “Personal Data.” Entrant must have obtained AT LEAST SIX (6) valid Entries. Mailing addresses are not required at the time of entry but will be required upon verification of winning.

3.6. BONUS ENTRIES

Every Entry obtained beyond the required six will increase your chances of winning.

3.7. MAXIMUM ENTRIES

There is a limit of TEN (10) Entries per Entrant. ANY ENTRANT WHO SUBMITS, OR ATTEMPTS TO SUBMIT, MORE THAN TEN (10) ENTRIES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL ENTRIES ASSOCIATED WITH THAT ENTRANT WILL BE DECLARED NULL AND VOID.

3.8. SUBMISSION DEADLINE

All Cards must be turned in, IN-PERSON, to a qualified employee of the Sponsor, at booth #2015, by Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 4:00:00 p.m. PDT. THIS IS A STRICT DEADLINE; LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

3.9. NO NOTIFICATION OR RECOURSE

In the event that an Entrant is disqualified or their Entries are nullified for any reason (including but not limited to invalid validation numbers, leaked numbers, or incomplete information), the Entrant will not be notified of such disqualification or nullification. Entrants will not be given another chance to submit new Entries, nor will they be permitted to correct or amend a Card once submitted.

4. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING

The drawing will occur on March 25, 2026, at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) at the Sponsor’s principal place of business, located at 6457 Hazeltine National Drive, Suite 130, Orlando, FL 32822. The winners will be selected via a manual random drawing from all eligible Entries received. Three (3) Entrants will be selected as potential winners (each a “Potential Winner”). A Potential Winner is defined as an Entrant whose name is drawn but who has not yet been fully verified or confirmed as an official winner. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential Winners will be notified using the contact information provided on the Card. If you are selected as a Potential Winner, you will be contacted NO MORE THAN THREE (3) TIMES by phone call and THREE (3) TIMES by e-mail. Each phone call and e-mail will be sent on the same day, and all three communication attempts will occur four (4) business days apart from one another. The first communication attempt will take place on March 26, 2026. Potential Winners will be required to respond with their mailing address and a ranked preference list of the three available prizes (ranking them 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in order from most to least preferred) within the timeframe allowed in Section 5.1. The valid, ranked preference list submitted by a Potential Winner is defined herein as a “Choice.” Once a Choice is submitted to Sponsor, it may not be changed or updated by the Potential Winner.

5.1. CHOICE PRIORITY DEADLINE

If we do not receive a valid Choice from you by the time the second communication attempt is made (the “Choice Priority Deadline”), you will forfeit the right to have your Choice prioritized over other Potential Winners (a “Choice Forfeiture”). In the event of a Choice Forfeiture, your prize will be assigned based on remaining availability after other compliant Potential Winners have been accommodated, as detailed in Section 6.1.

5.2. TOTAL FORFEITURE DEADLINE

If we do not receive a response from you by one week after the final communication attempt is made (the “Total Forfeiture Deadline”), you will be disqualified and will forfeit your prize entirely (a “Total Prize Forfeiture”). A Potential Winner who successfully completes the verification process, complies with all deadlines, and is officially assigned a specific prize (whether through their prioritized Choice or by accepting a remaining prize following a Choice Forfeiture) is defined herein as a “Winner.” In the event of a Total Prize Forfeiture, Sponsor will select a replacement entrant (an “Alternate”) in accordance with Section 6.1, who shall effectively become a new Potential Winner for all purposes under these Official Rules.

5.3. IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right to require any and all Winners to provide proof of identity, age, and residency in a form acceptable to Sponsor before the prize is awarded. Failure to provide such proof within seven (7) days of the request may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5.4. DELIVERY

Upon successful contact and prize selection, the Winner will be required to provide a valid and current mailing address to the Sponsor. The prize will be sent to the mailing address provided by the Winner at that time via a shipping method selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The address provided must be within one of the 50 states of the United States or the District of Columbia. Individuals who cannot provide a valid mailing address within one of the 50 states of the United States or the District of Columbia may neither participate in nor win the drawing.

5.5. ADDRESS LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for any prize that is lost, stolen, delayed, or undeliverable due to an erroneous, invalid, incomplete, or changed mailing address provided by the Winner. It is the Winner’s sole responsibility to ensure the address provided during the notification process is accurate and capable of receiving packages. Sponsor will not re-ship any prize returned due to an incorrect address provided by the Winner.

5.6. RISK OF LOSS

Sponsor is not responsible for any prize that is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or misdirected during shipment, or for any prize that is stolen or claimed by a third party after delivery to the address provided. All prizes are shipped at the sole risk of the Winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes.

6. PRIZES

The prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes are:

i. one (1) Amazon Echo Show 11;

ii. one (1) DJI Neo (controller-free); and

iii. one (1) Bose SoundLink Flex Bluetooth Speaker (second generation).

6.1. PRIZE SELECTION PROCESS

Limit one (1) prize per person. Prizes will be awarded based on a ranked preference system. The three Potential Winners will be assigned an initial priority based on the order in which they were drawn (First, Second, and Third). The selection process will adhere to the following logic:

i. Standard Assignment

Provided all Potential Winners submit a valid Choice by the Choice Priority Deadline, the prizes will be assigned as follows:

a. The First Potential Winner will receive their highest-ranked prize.

b. The Second Potential Winner will receive their highest-ranked prize that remains available after the First Potential Winner’s selection is assigned.

c. The Third Potential Winner will receive the remaining available prize.

ii. Impact of Choice Forfeiture

If a Potential Winner incurs a Choice Forfeiture, their priority ranking shall be temporarily suspended. The assignment of prizes will then proceed as follows:

a. Potential Winners who submitted their Choice before the Choice Priority Deadline will be prioritized ahead of any Potential Winner who incurred a Choice Forfeiture, regardless of the original drawing order. For example, if the First Potential Winner misses the deadline, but the Second and Third Potential Winners respond on time, the Second and Third Potential Winners will have their Choices honored first. The First Potential Winner will then receive the remaining prize.

b. If multiple Potential Winners incur a Choice Forfeiture, the remaining available prizes will be assigned to said Potential Winners based on their original drawing order relative to one another. For example, if the First and Second Potential Winners both miss the deadline, but the Third Potential Winner responds on time, the Third Potential Winner will have their Choice honored first. The remaining prizes will then be assigned to the First Potential Winner and then the Second Potential Winner, in that order, based on their respective Choices.

c. If all remaining Potential Winners incur a Choice Forfeiture, the prizes will be assigned strictly based on the original drawing order (First, then Second, then Third).

iii. Impact of Total Prize Forfeiture

In the event of a Total Prize Forfeiture, the disqualified Potential Winner is removed from the queue entirely.

a. The remaining Potential Winners will advance in priority to fill the vacancy. For example, if the First Potential Winner is disqualified, the Second Potential Winner becomes the new First Potential Winner, and the Third Potential Winner becomes the new Second Potential Winner.

b. An Alternate will be selected and added to the end of the priority queue, thus becoming the new Third Potential Winner in the aforementioned example.

c. The Alternate shall be subject to the identical notification procedures and response deadlines as prescribed in Section 5; however, the first communication attempt shall occur on the first business day following the date of the Alternate’s selection.

d. The Prize Selection Process outlined in Subsections i and ii above will be re-evaluated based on this new hierarchy.

e. In the event that multiple Potential Winners incur a Total Prize Forfeiture, the queue will compress accordingly, and multiple Alternates will be added to the end of the line in the order they are selected to fill the final vacancies.

iv. Prize Shipping Hold

To ensure the integrity of the selection process and to account for any potential Total Prize Forfeitures, Sponsor reserves the right to delay the shipment of all prizes until three (3) Potential Winners have been successfully confirmed as Winners and all prize assignments have been finalized.

v. Unawarded Prizes and Disclaimers

Sponsor reserves the right not to award all prizes if the total number of eligible Entrants is less than the number of prizes, or if the pool of eligible Entrants is exhausted due to an excessive number of Total Prize Forfeitures. Prizes are non-transferable, with no substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt. Prizes hold no cash value and are not exchangeable.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to exclude any Entrant from the drawing, change the prizes, modify these Official Rules, and/or cancel this drawing entirely at any time, for any reason, and without notice. Sponsor is not responsible for technical difficulties of any kind, or for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete, or illegible contact or mailing information. Proof of submission is not deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

Sponsor is not responsible for the availability, actions, or omissions of any Partner, their employees, or representatives. This includes, but is not limited to, Partner staff being absent from their designated booth, being occupied with other Show attendees, prematurely running out of validation materials, refusing to validate a Card, providing incorrect information, or filling in an incorrect or illegible validation number. Furthermore, the Partners are independent third-party entities and are not owned by, subsidiaries of, or legally affiliated with Sponsor. The use of the term “Partner” in these Official Rules or any Sweepstakes materials is for descriptive purposes only and does not constitute, imply, or create a legal partnership, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship between Sponsor and any of the Partners.

These Official Rules serve as the sole and exclusive source of information and authority regarding the Sweepstakes. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any other Sweepstakes-related materials (including but not limited to booth signage, marketing materials, or digital ads), or any verbal or written statements made by Sponsor’s employees, Partner staff, Show attendees, or any other third party, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall strictly govern, prevail, and control.

8. CONDUCT

The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for the actions of Entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes, including Entrants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Parties reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify (or terminate the prize of) any individual who is found to be, or suspected of, acting in any manner deemed by the Sweepstakes Parties to be in violation of the Official Rules, or to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, or to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes.

9. WAIVERS AND DISCLAIMERS

The Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility or liability for: (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or garbled registrations or Entries; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate entry or mailing information; or (c) any typographical, human, or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation, or announcement of any Sweepstakes activity and/or prize. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then the Sweepstakes Parties reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part.

10. RELEASES

All Entrants, as a condition of participation in this Sweepstakes, release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), losses, damages, fines, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, death, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with: (i) participation in any aspect of the Sweepstakes; (ii) the receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of the prize awarded; (iii) the Released Parties’ violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation, or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property; or (iv) the disclosure of Entrant’s Personal Data (including but not limited to full legal name and city/state of residence) to third parties in response to a request made pursuant to Section 15 of these Official Rules, including any subsequent unauthorized use, misuse, publication, or distribution of such data by the requesting third party.

11. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each Entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of Entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

12. SEVERABILITY AND MAXIMUM EXTENT OF LAW

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, all limitations of liability, releases, disclaimers, and waivers contained in these Official Rules shall be enforced to their absolute maximum legal extent. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants, Sponsor, or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida, Orange County, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Except where prohibited, Sponsor and Entrants agree that any dispute arising in connection with these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

14. PRIVACY & DATA USE

We value your privacy and generally adhere to the principles of the Sacoa Privacy Policy (available at www.sacoacard.com/privacy-policy). However, business networking is the core purpose of the Show. By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrant explicitly acknowledges and agrees that their Personal Data (as defined in Section 3.5) is being collected for lead generation and business development purposes. You grant Sponsor the unrestricted right to share, transfer, and distribute your Personal Data to the participating Partners listed on the Card, as well as to other industry colleagues, vendors, and affiliates. Think of it as a digital handshake: we are connecting you with the broader industry to facilitate relevant business opportunities. By participating, you consent to your Personal Data being shared within this professional network. You may opt-out of receiving future marketing communications from Sponsor at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in such communications.
