SACOA’S K4 Kiosk provides an all-in-one solution for players to buy, recharge and analyse their play card.
Guests can choose from one of the preselected promotional packages, while a secondary top screen is available to promote marketing actions.
The shopping cart feature allows users to make a transaction for more than one product or multiple cards at one time, while the QR code scanning functionality allows the end user to redeem any pre purchased items from their mobile phone or printed page.
The K4 Kiosk is able to accept both cash and credit card payments and can offer flexible packages to guests.
It features a 32ins touch screen, along with side panels and LED lights that can change colours, making it stand out to guests on an FEC’s floor. Decals for the front and sides can be customised the operator’s logo, while there is a double door locking system for added security. The kiosk’s bill acceptor features extra security, with dedicated
key access and there is easy access for maintenance staff.
Sacoa’s K4 Kiosk has won three awards, being named Best New Product at IAAPA Expo 2023, winning the New Product Showcase at Bowl Expo 2024 and awarded IATP’s Breakthrough Product of the Year at the IATP Conference and Trade Show 2024.
