Sacoa Cashless System Debuts Inside Highlife Amusements' New “Experience Center” Following Installation in Belgium
Sacoa Cashless System, the global leader in cashless solutions for the entertainment industry, today announced the successful installation of its technology at the showroom and warehouse of Highlife Amusements in Panningen, the Netherlands.
Highlife Amusements, a leading amusement equipment company and operator of revenue-share machines across multiple venues, has built Sacoa’s cashless system into what it now calls its “experience center” — a hands-on showroom where visitors can try the technology for themselves alongside the latest amusement equipment on display.
“The idea of the showroom is that people can experience the different payment types and games themselves,” said Wout Heijmans Junior, Founder of Highlife Amusements. “That’s really an experience center, not just a showroom.”
The experience center features Sacoa’s integrated cashless ecosystem, including Spark RFID card readers, a K4 self-service kiosk, a POS system, Redemption Software, and the mRedemption solution — giving operators a live environment to see how Sacoa’s technology simplifies daily operations while enhancing the guest experience.
The experience center also underpins how Highlife Amusements delivers projects for its own clients, allowing new arcades to be built quickly and with minimal disruption.
“We make the entire plan and game selection together with the client,” Heijmans said. “Then we pre-install the games, readers and everything else in our testing square at the warehouse. The client and we can test everything well, do the settings, customize the machines and make changes if needed. After that, we break it all down and move it to the end site. This way, we can build your arcade in one day — with no loss of income and no problems.”
Alongside the showroom project, Sacoa has completed a new installation at Pathé Games in Namur, Belgium — one of the venues operated by Highlife Amusements, which equipped the entire location with Sacoa’s cashless technology. The site is now outfitted with 40 Spark RFID card readers, two K4 self-service kiosks, and one POS system, delivering a modern, seamless cashless experience for guests.
